About The Position

A growing behavioral health organization is seeking an experienced Regional Clinical Director to oversee clinical operations across an assigned region. This leadership position is responsible for providing clinical supervision, ensuring quality of care, mentoring clinical staff, and partnering with operational leadership to support continued growth and exceptional client outcomes. The Regional Clinical Director will oversee BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and clinical interns while ensuring treatment plans, assessments, and clinical services meet professional, regulatory, and payer standards. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for developing high-performing clinical teams.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing required
  • Minimum of 3 years of BCBA experience required
  • At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience required
  • Strong knowledge of Medicaid, insurance requirements, and ABA best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned region
  • Experience with CentralReach or other ABA software platforms preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and clinical staff
  • Oversee treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and clinical documentation
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure clinical compliance
  • Partner with operations leadership to support staffing and regional growth
  • Lead onboarding, clinical training, and professional development initiatives
  • Monitor productivity, clinical outcomes, and operational performance metrics
  • Maintain strong communication with families and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, payer requirements, and BACB guidelines
  • Support hiring, coaching, and performance management of clinical team members
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing clinical culture
