About The Position

MDB Transportation is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers out of our Phoenix, AZ terminal. We have two position types open: Regional/Per Mile and Team Drivers. The Regional/Per Mile position offers $0.65 per mile for solo drivers, runs 250+ miles in the Western states, and provides consistent weekly home time. Team drivers can inquire about our $0.80 per mile team rate. Potential earnings for these positions range from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Steady, dedicated freight ensures consistent paychecks year-round. MDB Transportation has been moving freight out of Compton since 2002 and is a 100% asset-based dry van carrier running a modern clean-energy CNG fleet with on-site fueling and mechanics. They emphasize a personal approach where drivers are known by name and have a dedicated dispatcher.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience
• Clean driving record
• Must be able to read and communicate in English (FMCSA requirement)
• Must be able to work as a W-2 company driver
