Class A Regional Drivers
About The Position
MDB Transportation is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers out of our Memphis, TN terminal. We have two position types open: Regional / Per Mile. This position offers $0.65 per mile for solo drivers, with runs of 250+ miles in the Western states, and consistent weekly home time. Team drivers can inquire about our $0.80 per mile team rate. Potential earnings range from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Steady, dedicated freight ensures consistent paychecks year-round. We understand that drivers spend time doing more than just driving, and our pay is structured to compensate professional company drivers for the full trip cycle, including driving time, loading/unloading, inspections, and other required work related to the load. MDB Transportation has been moving freight since 2002, operating as a 100% asset-based dry van carrier with a modern clean-energy CNG fleet, on-site fueling, and mechanics. We run dedicated customer freight across the West Coast with consistent lanes and steady miles. At MDB, drivers are treated as individuals, not just truck numbers, fostering a personal relationship with their dispatcher.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to read and communicate in English (FMCSA requirement)
- Must be able to work as a W-2 company driver
