About The Position

MDB Transportation is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers out of our Dallas TX terminal. We have two position types open: Regional / Per Mile. This position offers $0.65 per mile for solo drivers, runs 250+ miles in the Western states, and provides consistent weekly home time. Team drivers can inquire about our $0.80 per mile team rate. Potential earnings range from $70,000 – $100,000 per year, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Steady, dedicated freight ensures consistent paychecks year-round. MDB Transportation has been moving freight out of Compton since 2002 and is a 100% asset-based dry van carrier running a modern clean-energy CNG fleet with on-site fueling and mechanics. We run dedicated customer freight across the West Coast with consistent lanes and steady miles. At MDB, drivers are treated as individuals, not just truck numbers, with a personal relationship with their dispatcher.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience
• Clean driving record
• Must be able to read and communicate in English (FMCSA requirement)
• Must be able to work as a W-2 company driver
