Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements.
• SAP drivers welcome if step 6 is complete and driver has experience with another carrier after completion.

• DUI and felony history reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class A tractor-trailer on Southwest regional routes.
• Transport dry van freight, with 70% drop and hook and some live load/unload.
• Ensure 100% no-touch freight.
• Adhere to all DOT safety and hiring requirements.
• Complete resets at home weekly (typically 5–5.5 days out), with a 34–48 hour reset at home.

• Average weekly pay: $1,250–$1,500
• CPM paid on ALL miles - loaded or empty
• Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)

• Assigned newer equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International)
• Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)
• Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour
