About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CDL-A Driver for our Southwest Regional Fleet. This full-time, W2 position offers steady, year-round freight with a focus on regional routes primarily throughout the Southwestern states. Drivers can expect to be home weekly for their reset, with reliable 34 to 48-hour home time. The operation consists of 100% no-touch dry van freight, with approximately 70% of loads being high-efficiency drop-and-hook, and the remainder being live load/unload. You will be operating newer, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International trucks, with take-home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home time.

Requirements

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience.
  • Verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days.
  • SAP drivers welcome if step 6 is complete and driver has some experience with another carrier after completion.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a Class A tractor-trailer for regional routes primarily throughout the Southwestern states.
  • Transport 100% no-touch dry van freight.
  • Engage in high-efficiency drop-and-hook operations (approximately 70%).
  • Perform live load/unload operations for remaining loads.
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of all freight.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate logs and driver records.
  • Utilize newer, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International trucks.
  • Take truck home during weekly home time.
