CDL-A Dry Van Driver | Southwest Regional | Home Weekly
About The Position
We are hiring drivers for a Southwest Regional driving position, operating exclusively within the 5 states of CA, UT, AZ, NV & NM. This role offers an average weekly pay of $1,100 to $1,600, with drivers getting home weekly. You will be driving over 2,200 miles per week with no-touch dry van freight and drop & hook loads. Additional incentives include a quarterly safety bonus of +$0.01–$0.03 CPM, paid orientation & training, detention pay ($20/hr) & breakdown pay, annual pay increases, and an assigned driver manager. The fleet consists of late-model Kenworth, Freightliner & International Trucks.
Requirements
- Class A CDL
- 6+ Months Tractor-Trailer Experience
- Age 21+
Responsibilities
- Drive a CDL-A tractor-trailer within the Southwest Regional area (CA, UT, AZ, NV & NM).
- Transport no-touch dry van freight.
- Perform drop and hook loads.
- Maintain a safe driving record to be eligible for quarterly safety bonuses.
- Adhere to all company and DOT regulations.
