About The Position
Join a driver-focused Southwest regional fleet as a full-time W2 company driver. The role offers consistent, year-round freight, steady miles, paid CPM on all practical miles, and $20 per hour for detention and breakdowns. Target earnings average $1,250–$1,500 per week. Drivers run predictable regional lanes throughout the Southwest, are out for 5 to 5.5 days, and return home weekly for a 34- to 48-hour reset. Freight is 70% drop-and-hook and 100% no-touch dry van. Drivers receive a newer assigned Kenworth, Freightliner, or International tractor with take-home privileges.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Compliance with DOT safety, hiring, and drug/alcohol standards.
Nice To Haves
- SAP drivers are welcome if they have completed step 6 and have some experience with another carrier after completion.
Responsibilities
