Drive regional dry van freight on a home-weekly fleet, typically spending 5–5.5 days on the road before a 34–48 hour reset at home. Drivers are paid per mile on all miles, loaded or empty, and the role offers consistent miles, predictable scheduling, and steady year-round freight. Freight is 100% no-touch, with approximately 70% drop-and-hook and some live loading and unloading. Drivers may take the truck home during home time where applicable. Equipment includes newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International trucks. Average weekly pay is $1,200–$1,500. Detention and breakdown pay is $20 per hour.
