About The Position
This regional driving position hauls palletized retail freight on established, dedicated weekly routes. The role offers consistent freight and miles, predictable scheduling, and weekly home time. Drivers operate assigned automatic sleeper tractors and may assist dedicated accounts or other dedicated operations when needed. The operation is described as stable year-round, with recurring head-haul and return routes.
Requirements
- At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience.
- Comfort using a manual pallet jack to unload pallets.
- Ability to safely move heavy palletized freight.
- Comfort with blind-side backing into retail dock locations.
- Willingness and ability to chain during winter weather conditions.
- Strong customer service and safety mindset.
- Willingness to assist other dedicated operations when needed.
