Regional Claims Liaison II
About The Position
Performance Contracting Group (PCG) is seeking an experienced Regional Claims Liaison for its corporate operations in Lenexa, KS. This role is primarily responsible for managing the internal claims process for Auto and General Liability Claims, ensuring vendors, including third-party claims administrators (TPAs) and attorneys, achieve timely and cost-effective resolutions. The Risk and Insurance Department is a closely integrated team supporting various company aspects like Operations, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Fleet, and Strategic Development. This position requires cross-training in other disciplines within the team and reports directly to the Manager, Risk & Insurance Claims.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of insurance experience in a fast-paced environment supporting general liability claims.
- Multi-line commercial claims experience.
- Understanding of civil litigation process.
- Willingness to adapt and learn.
- Multitasking ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive disposition.
- Customer Services skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned claims from first report through claim closure.
- Communicate frequently with branch operations and vendor partners to direct investigation, resolution strategy, litigation management, and reserving.
- Build strong relationships with branch operations.
- Continually review, assess, and expand vendor partner relationships to achieve best-in-class results.
- Willingness to cross-train in other lines of coverage and multi-state jurisdictions.
- Maintain a paperless claim file in the department online system (Origami Risk Management Information System) with well-documented claim notes.
- Provide in-person and virtual training on best practices to branch and field operations.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Provide excellent customer service.
