The Regional Channel Manager (RCM) is responsible for driving new sales revenue by managing and expanding Segra’s Channel Partner ecosystem within assigned markets. This role serves as the primary point of contact for select National Technology Service Distributors (TSDs) and works closely with Segra’s direct sales teams to grow revenue regionally and across Segra’s national footprint. The RCM leverages deep knowledge of the Channel ecosystem and established partner relationships to recruit, enable, and activate partners while ensuring strong collaboration with internal stakeholders. This position represents Segra at national and regional industry events and supports partner-focused activities to strengthen brand presence and market penetration. Travel is required as necessary.
