About The Position

We are seeking professional CDL-A drivers for a high-consistency dry van position. Designed for drivers who want reliable income without unnecessary delays, this account features pre-scheduled freight, low idle time, and predictable weekly hometime. Trainees and recent CDL-A graduates are welcome to apply.

Requirements

Minimum 21 years of age with a valid Class A CDL.
Clean driving record (maximum 2 preventable incidents).
No DOT drug/alcohol violations.
No commercial DUIs within the past 5 years.
Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

Operate a Class A CDL vehicle.
Transport freight in a 100% dry van, 100% no-touch freight capacity.
Perform drop and hook operations on most shipments.
Complete a mix of regional and longer runs.
Ensure consistent miles and minimize downtime between loads through pre-scheduled freight.
Adhere to safety regulations and maintain logs.
Participate in a trainee program if applicable, gaining hands-on experience with active loads.

Benefits

Base CPM: $0.70 – $0.75 per mile (based on experience)
Weekly Earnings: $1,600 – $1,700 average
Annual Projection: $71,000 – $85,000 per year
Weekly Miles: 2,200 – 2,500 miles per week
