About The Position

We are seeking professional CDL-A drivers for a high-consistency dry van account. This role is designed for drivers who want predictable weekly revenue, drop-and-hook efficiency, and guaranteed home time without long-haul delays. The position offers 100% no-touch freight and the opportunity to earn up to $85,000 annually.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Acceptable driving history (maximum 2 preventable incidents).
• No DOT drug/alcohol violations.
• No commercial DUIs in the past 5 years.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening.
• Experience with load management, log compliance, and trip planning (for trainees, this is part of the training).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with late-model Freightliner and Kenworth sleepers.
• Familiarity with APU units.
• Understanding of fleet maintenance prioritizing zero breakdown downtime.
• Willingness to adhere to passenger and pet policy options.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A CDL vehicle.
• Handle 100% dry van, no-touch freight.
• Perform drop-and-hook operations on the majority of loads.
• Adhere to regional and mid-to-long-haul lane requirements.
• Ensure zero delays between loads through pre-scheduled freight.
• Complete weekly 34-to-48-hour resets.
• Participate in an entry-level trainee program if applicable, focusing on practical load management, log compliance, and trip planning.
