Regional CDL A Driver -Paid Mentorship Training
About The Position
This regional CDL A Driver position offers short runs and steady home time, with most trips on this dry van account completed in two days or less, all within the 11 western states. For new drivers to trucking, this role includes paid one-on-one OTR training with an experienced mentor, with trainee pay of $850 per week during training. Upon completion of training, drivers will receive an immediate upgrade to the full solo mileage rate. The freight is 100% no-touch dry van, with 70% drop and hook and 30% live load/unload. The routes cover AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, and WY, with the option to run beyond these states for more miles. Weekly mileage is typically between 1,700 to 2,100 miles. Drivers can expect to be home every two weeks, with day and night dispatch available. Weekend work is expected, and some holidays off may be possible. Some winter driving is also involved.
Requirements
- Minimum of 120 hours from an accredited CDL school required to start.
- New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6+ months of verifiable solo experience.
- Team drivers welcome.
- Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Clean MVR and background check.
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing.

Responsibilities
