About The Position

We are looking for entry-level CDL-A drivers who want a consistent truck, a predictable route, and reliable weekly pay. You will be running 100% no-touch dry van freight with a heavy drop-and-hook mix, operating within the 11 Western States only. You will be assigned a late-model tractor and will benefit from steady dispatch to keep you moving. For those just starting out, we offer paid training with an experienced mentor for 3 to 5 weeks, focusing on practical skills like mountain grades and real trip planning. After evaluation, you will move to your own solo truck.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
6 months of tractor-trailer experience, OR a fresh CDL-A from an accredited 120+ hour program.
Clean driving history: 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 2 years.
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 to 10 years.
Must clear DOT physical and drug screening.
