About The Position

We are hiring CDL-A drivers in the Winter Haven, FL area for OTR routes running late-model equipment, 100% no-touch dry van freight, and a home-time schedule that holds up week to week. New CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are both welcome to apply. This position offers an assigned truck, no slip seating, and the ability to take the truck home during scheduled days off. The freight is exclusively 100% no-touch, dry van.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Valid DOT Medical Card
21 years or older
Solid driving record and work history
Pass DOT drug test and background check
Meet all applicable DOT and company requirements
Experienced drivers: at least 6 months verifiable solo driving time; mentor/trainer time doesn't count
New CDL-A holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school

Nice To Haves

Completion of the company training program for new CDL-A holders.

Responsibilities

Operate late-model equipment (2024 and newer Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmission).
Drive OTR routes.
Transport 100% no-touch, dry van freight.
Adhere to a schedule of 14 days out and 2 full days home.
Participate in a mentorship program for new CDL-A holders (3 to 5 weeks).
Maintain a solid driving record and work history.
Pass DOT drug test and background check.
Meet all applicable DOT and company requirements.
