CDL A Experience & Entry Level Drivers Wanted
About The Position
We are hiring CDL-A drivers in the Winter Haven, FL area for OTR routes. This position features late-model equipment, 100% no-touch dry van freight, and a consistent home-time schedule. Both new CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are encouraged to apply. The role emphasizes a dedicated truck assignment, avoiding slip-seating and unpredictable pay structures. Drivers will operate 2024 and newer Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia trucks with automatic transmissions and can take the truck home during scheduled days off. The freight is exclusively 100% no-touch dry van.
Requirements
- 21 years or older
- Valid Class A CDL
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Solid driving record and work history
- Pass DOT drug test and background check
- Meet all applicable DOT and company requirements
Nice To Haves
- Experienced drivers: at least 6 months verifiable solo driving time; mentor/trainer time doesn't count
- New CDL-A holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, plus completion of the company training program
