About The Position

Take the next step in your trucking career with regional dry van routes across 11 Western states. Whether you’re a recent CDL graduate or an experienced driver, enjoy predictable miles, supportive mentorship, and bi-weekly home time. This role offers an Entry Level / Trainee Program with 4-6 weeks of paid on-the-road training with an experienced mentor, full pay during training weeks, and a $300 orientation bonus on your first solo paycheck. Experienced drivers can expect average weekly pay of $1,300–$1,500, with the top 25% earning up to $1,700 per week. There is also an opportunity for up to $0.08 CPM performance bonus. Drivers will be home every two weeks and will run steady regional routes with 100% no-touch freight. During training, mentors provide hands-on instruction on safe driving, trip planning, and freight handling. By the end of the program, drivers are fully prepared to run solo regional routes with confidence.

Requirements

• CDL-A license
• Age 21+
• 120+ hours from accredited CDL school (for trainees)
• 6+ months experience (or enrollment as trainee)
• Clean work history
• Pass DOT physical, drug screen, and MVR/PSP
• Stable work history with minimal gaps
