About The Position

Take the next step in your trucking career with regional dry van routes across 11 Western states. Whether you’re a recent CDL graduate or an experienced driver, enjoy predictable miles, supportive mentorship, and bi-weekly home time. The Entry Level / Trainee Program offers 4–6 weeks of paid on-the-road training with an experienced mentor, full pay during training weeks, and a $300 orientation bonus on the first solo paycheck. Experienced drivers can expect an average weekly pay of $1,300–$1,500, with top 25% earning up to $1,700 per week, and a performance bonus of up to $0.08 CPM. Both programs offer steady regional routes with 100% no-touch freight.

Requirements

• CDL-A license
• Age 21 or older
• 120+ hours from accredited CDL school (for trainees)
• Clean work history
• 6+ months experience (or enrollment as trainee)
• Pass DOT physical
• Pass drug screen
• Pass MVR/PSP
• Stable work history with minimal gaps

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van routes across 11 Western states
• Practice safe driving
• Perform trip planning
• Handle freight (without touching it for loading/unloading)
• Manage 100% no-touch freight
