About The Position

This position offers regional dry van routes across 11 Western states, catering to both recent CDL graduates and experienced drivers. The role provides predictable miles and bi-weekly home time. For entry-level drivers, there is a 4–6 week paid on-the-road training program with an experienced mentor, including full pay during training and a $300 orientation bonus. Experienced drivers can expect average weekly pay of $1,300–$1,500, with top earners reaching up to $1,700 per week, plus a performance bonus of up to $0.08 CPM. All routes involve 100% no-touch freight. The training program focuses on safe driving, trip planning, and freight handling to prepare drivers for solo regional routes.

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• Age 21 or older
• 6+ months experience (or 120+ hours from accredited CDL school for trainees)
• Clean work history / Stable work history with minimal gaps
• Pass DOT physical
• Pass drug screen
• Pass MVR/PSP
