Chemours is seeking a Regional Capital Engineering Manager to join our growing Capital Organization. This position will be available at our Corpus Christi site and reporting directly to the Capital Execution & Center of Excellence (COE) Leader. The Regional Capital Engineering Manager leads and develops a high-performing, multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for the successful execution of capital projects across Chemours' Corpus Christi, TX, La Porte, TX, and El Dorado, AR manufacturing sites. Based in Corpus Christi, this role is accountable for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while supporting site and business objectives. The Regional Engineering Manager partners closely with plant leadership, the Capital Portfolio Manager, and key stakeholders across the Capital Organization to prioritize investments, drive engineering excellence, and ensure consistent project execution across the region. Regular travel to the La Porte and El Dorado sites is required to support project development, stakeholder engagement, and capital execution activities.
