About The Position

A growing long-term care organization is seeking an experienced Regional Business Office Manager (RBOM) to provide operational and financial oversight for multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout South Florida. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned long-term care business office professional with a strong background in Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care billing, accounts receivable management, collections, and business office operations.

Requirements

  • Multi-facility skilled nursing experience required
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay reimbursement
  • Proven success managing accounts receivable and reducing aging balances
  • Experience training, mentoring, and supporting facility-level Business Office Managers
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned region

  • Regional Business Office Manager experience in long-term care preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and support to Business Office Managers across multiple skilled nursing facilities
  • Monitor accounts receivable performance and aging reports
  • Develop and implement collection strategies to improve cash flow
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing for Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay residents
  • Conduct routine business office audits and identify areas for improvement
  • Train and mentor facility business office teams
  • Partner with facility administrators and corporate leadership to achieve financial goals
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies and procedures
  • Assist with facility transitions, acquisitions, and special projects as needed
