About The Position

Join Litehouse as a strategic Regional Business Manager! This is a remote position with the ideal candidate being located in Central Midwest US (preferably Kansas City, KS, Missouri or Arkansas) for close customer partnerships. The Regional Business Manager will develop strategies and execute customer/territory-specific programs and plans, collectively with the Brand Management and Sales Planning teams, to achieve volume, revenue, profit, market share, and brand equity objectives for the territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
  • 4+ years experience calling on Grocery Retailers and Distributors
  • At least 1 year broker management experience.
  • Experience with CPG food/Beverage/Grocery retailer sales field.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express ideas effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Possess entrepreneurial initiative and enthusiasm and be results oriented and forward-thinking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute programs, plans and initiatives to achieve volume, revenue, profit, market share, and brand equity objectives.
  • Create, nurture and strengthen relationships and communication with our broker partners and customers from the local retail store level to corporate buyer level.
  • Use Category Mgmt, brand, marketing finance, operation teams and other cross-functional resources effectively to monitor market share, competitors and be able to forecast sales and performance goals.
  • Hold self and broker accountable for execution of created or mandatory promotions as well as net review and income goals by territory.
  • Collaborate with Director/RBMs and our Business Management, and all cross-functional team members.
  • Communicate and provide the organization with feedback and an opportunity to gain a broader understanding of local selling strategies, customer issues, and successes.
  • Understand and communicate the competitive landscape within the market to the organization.
