About The Position

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role is focused on building new business across the region. You’ll spend most of your time in the field—prospecting, meeting customers, and closing opportunities. Success in this role comes down to two things: finding the right opportunities and turning them into long-term partnerships. You’ll represent the full scope of Kal Tire’s products and services and position us as a dependable partner to commercial customers.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales or business development experience
  • Comfortable prospecting and closing new business
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Good business sense—you can connect customer needs to solutions
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region
  • Build and manage a territory plan focused on revenue and growth
  • Prospect through outreach, referrals, and local networking
  • Lead sales from first conversation through to close
  • Understand customer operations and recommend practical solutions
  • Work with internal teams to onboard new customers effectively
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Keep CRM (Salesforce) current with pipeline activity and customer insight
  • Monitor progress against targets and adjust your approach as needed
  • Represent Kal Tire in the field and within the local business community
