About The Position

We are partnering with a nationally recognized franchise organization in the property services and restoration industry to hire a Regional Business Consultant (RBC). This role is critical in driving franchisee success through coaching, financial performance optimization, and operational leadership. This is a high-impact position where you will work directly with business owners to improve profitability, scale operations, and elevate overall performance across a portfolio of locations.

Requirements

  • Ability to influence, coach, and build trust with business owners
  • Comfortable analyzing P&Ls, identifying drivers, and making data-backed recommendations
  • Ability to assess situations quickly and adapt coaching style to different personalities and business needs
  • Experience leading teams, multi-unit operations, or business units
  • Background in franchise operations, consulting, coaching, or multi-location leadership (e.g., retail, restaurant, service industries)
  • Experience driving results through others (not just individual contribution)
  • Exposure to KPIs, financial metrics, and operational performance management
  • Strong self-management and accountability
  • Comfortable with a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritize competing demands

  • Experience in restoration, construction, or home services
  • Background in business consulting, coaching, or advisory roles
  • Strong analytical or financial background (e.g., accounting, business evaluation)
  • Interest or exposure to technology, systems, or AI-driven process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Coach and advise franchise owners on business operations, growth strategy, and profitability
  • Analyze financial performance (P&L, EBITDA, KPIs) and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Drive improvements in sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency
  • Build strong relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority
  • Lead structured business planning and hold owners accountable to goals
  • Navigate complex situations, including conflict resolution and performance challenges
  • Conduct virtual coaching sessions and periodic in-person site visits
  • Facilitate trainings, workshops, and group sessions
  • Collaborate with internal teams on broader network initiatives

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000
  • Bonus Potential: Up to $60,000 annually (performance-based)
  • Total Compensation Potential: ~$140K–$155K+
