About The Position

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Regional Branch Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving the overall division’s sales strategy by leading the sales team and delivering revenue growth. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales organizations. The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the executive team to set and achieve ambitious sales targets and ensure alignment with the company's broader goals.

Requirements

  • 21 years or older
  • Proven track record in achieving sales goals and executing market programs that support corporate initiatives
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading large, high-performance sales teams
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and performance metrics
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong PC application skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and professionally
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • The ability to interact across teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Financial understanding and acumen
  • Must be proactive, resourceful, and efficient
  • Hold a valid and current driver’s license and ensure reliable, insured transportation is maintained
  • Driving record must be within MVR policy guidelines throughout employment
  • The policy must include the following minimum coverage: $100,000 for bodily injury, $300,000 for liability, and $50,000 for property damage
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug screening for hire and randomly throughout employment

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the industry preferred
  • Experience in the beverage distribution, import/export industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion into new verticals or geographies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, including setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of sales staff.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
  • Drive the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals across all channels.
  • Establish metrics for tracking sales performance and ensure consistent reporting to the executive team.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, key accounts, and high-potential opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction by aligning sales efforts with customer needs.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for major clients and manage escalations when necessary.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development, operations) to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Participate in executive-level discussions and contribute to the overall business strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute demand generation programs that support the sales strategy.
  • Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for the executive team and board of directors.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential business risks related to sales.
