About The Position

Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an exceptional and experienced Regional Branch Manager who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Retail Services.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or related field
5+ years in financial services, retail banking, or comparable sales and service environment

Responsibilities

Directly leads, coaches, and develops Branch Managers within the assigned region.
Establishes clear expectations and holds Branch Managers accountable for employee, member, sales, and overall branch results.
Partners with Branch Managers to improve employee engagement, retention, performance, sales confidence, and readiness for advancement.
Promotes a leadership culture centered on accountability, collaboration, employee growth, professional sales practices, and member service.
Coaches Branch Managers on creating branch-level growth plans that reflect the needs and opportunities within their markets.
Ensures sales activity is supported by clear goals, consistent follow-up, effective use of the Credit Union’s member relationship management system, and accountability for moving opportunities forward.
Holds Branch Managers accountable for meeting established expectations for employee performance, member experience, growth, compliance and overall branch results.
Reviews branch and employee performance data regularly to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring additional focus.
Leads the implementation of new Retail initiatives, technology, products, service models, sales approaches, and organizational priorities across the assigned region.
