Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business offices at multiple long-term, short-term facilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations. Lead and mentor Business Office Managers (BOM) at each facility, providing guidance on financial management, billing procedures, and collections. Manage accounts receivable, including Medicaid/Medicare billing, private pay, and insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Coordinate with facility administrators and clinical teams to ensure proper documentation and communication for billing purposes. Develop and implement standardized processes across facilities to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Monitor and analyze financial performance at each location, providing reports and recommendations for improvement. Assist in audits, state inspections, and other regulatory compliance requirements. Serve as a liaison between the corporate office and facility administrators regarding business office matters. Ensure customer service excellence for residents and their families in handling billing inquiries and payment issues.
