About The Position
Prestige Fleet Services performs onsite truck and trailer maintenance and repairs. The Regional Billing Coordinator oversees invoicing and billing for the company’s fleet maintenance services in a region. The role includes creating invoices and credit memos, updating accounting records and customer information, sending payment reminders, and responding to customer inquiries about invoices. This is a remote position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience with a high school diploma.
- 2–5 years’ experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounts payable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Experience working with FullBay software.
Responsibilities
- Manage direct billing for a region.
- Assist with department improvements and process implementation.
- Handle escalated billing concerns involving customers, technicians, and managers.
- Create invoices and credit memos, update accounting records and customer information, and send payment reminders.
- Send invoices to customers and answer billing inquiries.
