About The Position

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in their welcoming outpatient centers. This role offers an opportunity to grow skills, receive specialized training, and connect with patients. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with 8-hour shifts varying between 7 am-7 pm and will cover the Chicago, Glenview, and Hoffman Estates locations.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification, PLUS significant relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
  • Reliable transportation to travel between centers is required.

  • At least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.

Responsibilities

  • Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines.
  • Meticulously monitor patient responses.
  • Administer and record psychiatric rating scales.
  • Proactively address patient discomfort.
  • Deliver empathetic and supportive care.
  • Maintain accurate EHR.
  • Manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
  • Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

  • Paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time.
