About The Position

This position is for a Regional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and involves the provision of a combination of in-person clinical support to BlueSprig's Cincinnati center as well as telehealth clinical support to other BlueSprig centers. Requirements

• Certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program.
• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
• Must pass a background check, which may include, but is not limited to, criminal history and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person clinical support to BlueSprig's Cincinnati center.
• Provide telehealth clinical support to other BlueSprig centers.
• Design treatment plans based on client needs.
• Collaborate through compassion-focused clinical committees.
• Participate in cutting-edge research through SprigLAB.
• Advance career in both clinical and operational paths.
