About The Position

Noraxon is seeking a driven Regional Account Manager to grow its Northeast territory. This is a remote, field-based outside sales role focused on prospecting, opening new accounts, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term customer relationships. The role involves selling Noraxon's advanced hardware and software solutions for human movement analysis to researchers, clinicians, and performance professionals. While industry experience is not required, proven B2B outside sales skills in territory development and new customer acquisition are essential. The company provides comprehensive product and market training, along with ongoing technical and customer support. The candidate must reside in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, or Maine.

Requirements

  • Several years of successful B2B sales or capital equipment sales experience
  • Strong outside / field sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience building, developing, and growing a sales territory
  • Proven ability to generate your own pipeline through proactive prospecting, outbound sales, cold calling, and new customer acquisition
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or quota
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Experience working within a structured sales process
  • Strong territory planning, organization, time management, and pipeline management skills
  • Comfortable learning and demonstrating technical products
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, resilient, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to travel approximately 25–50%

Responsibilities

  • Sell Noraxon products and services to Research and Rehabilitation Markets, including university and hospital research departments, outpatient physical therapy, university sports medicine, and professional sports teams
  • Build and grow your territory through proactive prospecting and new customer acquisition
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound outreach, networking, referrals, conferences, and account research
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and close
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve revenue and growth objectives
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Manage opportunities, sales activities, pipeline, and forecasting through the company CRM
  • Travel throughout the territory to meet prospects and customers
  • Represent Noraxon at assigned conferences and trade shows
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical, and customer support teams
