About The Position

We are seeking a driven Regional Account Manager to cover the Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island territory. You will manage existing client relationships, win back lapsed accounts, and actively hunt for new business opportunities. This role serves as a strategic bridge between our clients, operations leaders, and marketing teams to drive industrial solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in industrial B2B sales or account management.
  • Familiarity with rotating electrical, mechanical, or automation systems.
  • Deep understanding of the MA, CT, and RI industrial landscape.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the tri-state region to visit clients.

Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for existing territory accounts.
  • Re-engage and reactivate dormant or previous customer accounts.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial accounts.
  • Contribute insights and suggestions for regional marketing initiatives.
  • Provide feedback and strategic suggestions to operations leaders.
  • Perform other industrial sales duties as requested by leadership.
