The Regional Account Executive is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies directly to Original Equipment (OE) Dealers on a regional basis. The Regional Account Executive is accountable for delivering growth in sales volume, account share, and market share. This will entail outside sales to both existing and new customers. The role involves managing a sales territory, expanding business, and developing new accounts. Key outcomes include achieving individual goals for increasing private label revenue and adding new dealers to the business. The position requires developing lasting relationships with customers, providing an excellent customer purchasing experience, and fostering dedicated and residual business partnerships. A team-oriented attitude is essential when working with the GVW group and the customer base. Sales strategies are to be developed and executed with Autocar Dealers and OE Dealers in the assigned territory. Understanding each customer's market and communicating competitor market developments to the leadership team is crucial. The role also emphasizes operational excellence by understanding customer markets and communicating competitor developments.
