About The Position

Region Managers are responsible for the overall operation of stores in their assigned region. They work closely with the District Managers in their region, providing leadership, support, guidance, and accountability to ensure financial success and efficient operations of assigned stores.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other related area or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role. (Multi-unit management experience required.)
  • Knowledge of general Human Resources and Accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to lead and manage people, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Team player, honest, hardworking, and excellent attendance.
  • Basic Computer Skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

  • Spend approximately 50% of time in stores in assigned region, providing hands on support.
  • Work closely with assigned District Managers providing support, leadership, and development.
  • Evaluate and optimize operations of assigned stores to ensure cleanliness, proper merchandising, optimized staffing, and overall efficient operations.
  • Review and manage the P&L statements for assigned stores.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources department on recruiting, training, employee relations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing department on execution of marketing strategies.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures in addition to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Review and analyze key performance indicators of assigned stores with Director of Operations and District Manager, including sales, cash, turnover, mystery shops, site reviews, and food service quality assurance scores.
