This role serves as a strategic business leader responsible for driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and partner success across a defined region within the Store-in-Store channel. The Regional Development Manager partners closely with field leadership, National Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to execute enterprise initiatives, improve customer and employee experiences, and accelerate business performance.
