Responsibilities include cleaning, repairing, and preparing residential units, office spaces, and other work areas for occupancy or use. This role may involve removing hazardous materials and operating a variety of hand and power tools. Additionally, the position supports renovation, turnover, and improvement projects by ensuring all spaces are clean, functional, and meet established quality standards within designated timelines.
