About The Position

The Referral Testing Supervisor supervises all functions within the Referral Testing Department. This role is responsible for overseeing department activities such as daily operations of Referral Testing, compliance training, personnel and competency, monitoring quality, productivity, and functions related to customer satisfaction. The supervisor ensures the maintenance of a safe, ergonomically sound, professional environment and must know and understand all functions of the Referral Testing Department.
