About The Position
As a Referral Scheduler for Olympia Orthopaedic Associates, you will have the opportunity to be the first point of contact for patients who are referred to our practice and ensure they receive the highest standard of care. This position offers great opportunity for growth and cross-training within our Registration department.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting.
- Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to interact with patients, families, and staff in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Calling out to schedule patients
- Registering patients in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Verifying insurance eligibility requirements
