About The Position
The Referral Rep processes referral requests for the practice, including in-office and telephone requests for referrals from primary care physicians to specialist physicians. Referrals must be handled according to individual office protocol and mandated insurance guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of related experience, preferably in a medical office setting, or an associate’s degree in lieu of the experience requirement.
