About The Position

The Referral Relations Coordinator at Lutherwood Residential facilitates the organization’s relationships with current and potential referral sources. Working hand-in-hand with leadership, this individual helps achieve quality outcomes for patients and facilitates a positive admission experience for all new residents at both Trinity House and Secure Residential.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of knowledge of major systems serving youth and families, including child welfare, juvenile justice, and education.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, public relations, assessments, interviewing, and/or counseling people; residential treatment facility experience is preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Current Indiana driver's license required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field preferred.
• Experience in a residential treatment facility preferred.
