Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Responsibilities
- Processing internal, incoming, and external referrals for Ambulatory services, procedures, and medications.
- Obtaining prior authorizations.
- Scheduling patients.
- Working inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Communicating with patients via online chat.
