About The Position
PuroClean of Rocklin is a leader in emergency property restoration services, helping families and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other property damage. At PuroClean of Rocklin, we bring a “One Team” and servant-based leadership mindset to everything we do. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a new location that is growing fast. We’re looking for a motivated, people-oriented professional to join us part-time and build our network of referral partners in the community. This is an ideal role for somebody who wants to stay professionally active, earn supplemental income, and maintain flexibility around school hours and family responsibilities. No evenings or weekends required.
Requirements
- A warm, outgoing communicator with a genuine interest in people.
- Strong relationship-builder who creates win-win solutions.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Professional appearance and reliable transportation.
- Previous sales, marketing, customer service, or networking experience is helpful but not required – we value reliability and people skills.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, long-term relationships with Centers of Influence (insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, contractors, real estate professionals, etc.).
- Serve as a trusted resource through regular visits, coffee meetings, and daytime networking.
- Organize and coordinate training events, CE courses, and lunch-and-learns.
- Implement creative marketing initiatives and collaborate directly with ownership.
- Ensure every referred job receives exceptional service to strengthen partnerships.
- Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence.
- Generate revenue through effective, consultative relationship marketing.
- Build, maintain, and service a targeted referral partner list.
- Coordinate community events and educational opportunities.
- Represent the PuroClean brand with professionalism and integrity.
