INTERNAL ONLY Referral Intake Associate
About The Position
The Physician Referral Intake Associate role is responsible for the efficient and accurate management of referral information from physicians. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and entering all referral information from physicians via e-fax into our CRM (salesforce) in a timely and accurate manner. The role holder will be expected to complete all referral data entry tasks within the same day, in adherence to SLAs. Other duties include communication with Physician Liaisons (PL) and referring practices to ensure all documentation is received timely and accurately.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice To Haves
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
Responsibilities
