The Referral Development & Outreach Specialist builds and strengthens relationships with healthcare providers, schools, autism support organizations, and other community partners to increase awareness of Kind Behavioral Health’s services and generate referrals for children and teens who may benefit from ABA therapy. The role develops new referral relationships, maintains engagement with existing partners, and positions KBH as a trusted provider of autism services. This is a remote, field-based position for someone residing in North Carolina, preferably in the Charlotte or Triangle area. Approximately 50–60% of working time is spent traveling within assigned markets for in-person outreach and referral-partner engagement. The remaining time is spent working remotely or onsite at a KBH location, based on employee preference and business needs. Success requires proactive outreach, strong interpersonal skills, consistent follow-through, and the ability to independently manage referral development activities.
