About The Position

Penrose Outpatient Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Referral Center Specialist (PRN) to join our dynamic team! You'll play a vital role in connecting patients to the care they need, especially on our busiest days. This PRN role typically involves 2 days/week for 6 hours/day (Mon-Fri).

Requirements

• High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• 1 year of previous office experience in a medical setting
• Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical, reception, scheduling, collection of money, and secretarial functions for the department.
• Interacts with both internal and external customers, provides information, facilitates scheduling, and executes general secretarial operations within the department.
