Pathways to Community is a collaborative partnership between the Coconino County Sheriff’s Office and Coconino County Health and Human Services (CCHHS) that provides reentry support to individuals transitioning from the Coconino County Detention Facility back into the community. The Reentry Operations Manager serves as the operational lead for the program and is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising onsite staff, coordinating with community partners, and ensuring continuity of services. This position reports to the Pathways to Community Manager and provides program oversight related to workflow management, budget monitoring, data and documentation review, policy and procedure implementation, partner coordination, and staff development. The Reentry Operations Manager plays a critical role in fostering a collaborative, trauma-informed environment that supports successful reentry outcomes through effective coordination of behavioral health, housing, transportation, employment, and other community-based services. Under general supervision performs work of moderate difficulty in the management of public programs; performs related work as assigned.
