Red Seal Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanics - HVAC (Fly in/Fly out)
About The Position
Levitt-Safety is seeking skilled Red Seal Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanics (HVAC) to support and maintain mobile HVAC systems on heavy mining and industrial equipment in Fort McMurray. This role offers a predictable 14 days on / 14 days off FIFO rotation, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work in a stable industrial environment. The position involves diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and performing preventative maintenance on HVAC systems installed on various heavy mobile equipment such as haul trucks, dozers, loaders, excavators, and other off-road mining and industrial equipment. This is primarily field-based work supporting mining operations.
Requirements
- Red Seal Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic (HVAC) certification
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills
- Ability to work independently in remote industrial environments
- Commitment to safe work practices
Nice To Haves
- Experience working on mobile HVAC systems
- Heavy equipment, mining, or industrial maintenance experience
- Experience working in field service environments
Responsibilities
