About The Position
Join our nonprofit organization and help make a positive environmental and community impact! We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate to assist with our online sales and recycling operations. In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day flow of online orders - photographing and listing products, preparing shipments, and working hands-on with donated electronics. You’ll test, clean, and post items for sale online, while also helping sort recyclable materials to support our sustainability efforts.
Requirements
- Experience in online sales or computer repair/troubleshooting preferred.
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn new skills and systems.
- Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Photograph and research items for online listings.
- Clean, test, and prepare electronic devices for resale.
- Wipe computers and install operating systems when needed.
- Assist customers during drop-offs, including loading and unloading items.
- Sort and organize electronics for recycling.
- Answer phone calls and provide friendly, helpful communication.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
